  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

When baking shrimp, you will want to ensure that they are all opaque – meaning you can no longer see through them. The shrimp should also be slightly pink in color.

Once done, remove from oven and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve over white rice. Enjoy!

Tips

If you can’t find fresh, raw shrimp, look for frozen large shrimp. Follow the directions on the bag on how to thaw. Be sure to thaw the shrimp before using it.
