Cheeseball With Bacon and Pecans

This cheeseball with bacon and pecans recipe makes the perfect party appetizer! Cream cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese are mixed together with bacon, green onions, and pecans for a savory cheeseball that will have your guests raving.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • Ā½ cup bacon bits
  • Ā½ cup chopped pecans
  • Ā¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons milk (of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel seasoning
  • Ā¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Ā¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
Pecans, green onions, spices, seasoning, milk, bacon bits, cheese, and cream cheese.

Instructions

Cream cheese, milk, seasoning, and cheese in a bowl.

Place cream cheese, shredded cheddar, all seasoning, and milk in a medium-sized bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix until well combined.

Add half of the bacon bits, half of the green onions, and half of the pecans to the cheese mixture.

Put a piece of saran wrap on the counter and put the cheese ball in it. Then fully wrap it up with the saran wrap and form it into a ball.

Put the cheeseball in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

In a shallow bowl, mix the remaining chopped pecans, bacon bits, and green onions.

Remove the cheeseball from the refrigerator. Roll the cheeseball in the prepared shallow bowl making sure the whole ball is coated in the remaining coating.

Serve with crackers.
