This appetizer is not only easy, but it is also versatile.  You only need three items to make this appetizer that is not only delicious but also impressive:

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • Jelly, jam, preserves, or cocktail sauce
  • Box of Nut-Thins

Here’s the versatility part:  you can change out the flavors of the jelly or jam as well as the variety of Nut-Thins to create hundreds of different appetizers.

There are NINE varieties of Original Nut-Thins:  Almond, Hint of Sea Salt, Pecan, Smokehouse®, Cheddar Cheese, Country Ranch, Pepper Jack, Honey Mustard, and Honey Cinnamon. There are FIVE varieties of Artisan Nut-Thins:  Flax Seed, Multiseed, Sesame Seed, Chia Seed, and Asiago Cheese. That makes FOURTEEN varieties of Nut-Thins.

When you combine the different varieties of Nut-Thins with all of the different types of jellies, jams, and preserves – the possibilities are endless!

Easy Appetizer Ideas

For those who like a little spice, layer a Pepper Jack Cheese Nut-Thins with cream cheese and top with a spicy jalapeno or habanero jelly.

For a classy appetizer, top Artisan Nut-Thins with cream cheese and fig preserves.
