Strawberry Cream Cheese Pudding Pie
When strawberries are in season, it’s hard to resist turning them into something sweet. This Strawberry Cream Cheese Pudding Pie is a simple dessert that combines fresh strawberries with a creamy, lightly sweet filling for a pie that feels both refreshing and indulgent.

What is Strawberry Cream Cheese Pudding Pie?
Strawberry Cream Cheese Pudding Pie is a creamy dessert made with a blend of cream cheese, pudding mix, and fresh strawberries layered in a pie crust. The filling is smooth, lightly sweet, and pairs perfectly with the bright flavor of strawberries.
Unlike traditional strawberry pies that use a gelatin-based glaze, this version has a rich, creamy texture thanks to the cream cheese and pudding mixture. The result is a dessert that feels light yet indulgent and is easy to prepare without complicated steps.
Whether you’re bringing dessert to a potluck, celebrating a special occasion, or just looking for a sweet treat to share with family, this strawberry pudding pie is a crowd-pleaser that disappears fast.

- Add 8 ounces of Cool Whip and mix on low speed until the mixture is well blended.
- Pour the pudding pie mixture into the prepared pie crust.

- Garnish with sweetened, sliced strawberries if desired.

Tips For the Best Strawberry Cream Cheese Pudding Pie
A few simple tips can help ensure your pie turns out smooth, creamy, and full of fresh strawberry flavor.
- Use softened cream cheese. Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature before mixing. This helps prevent lumps and makes the filling silky smooth.
- Choose ripe strawberries. Fresh, sweet strawberries make a big difference in flavor. Look for berries that are bright red and fragrant.
- Chill before serving. Refrigerating the pie for at least a couple of hours allows the filling to firm up and the flavors to come together.
- Slice strawberries evenly. Uniform slices help the pie look prettier when served and make it easier to cut clean slices.
- Garnish just before serving. If you plan to add whipped cream or extra strawberries on top, wait until just before serving so everything looks fresh.

I cannot find strawberry creme pudding mix. Is there any other pudding you can use?
I think you could probably substitute any flavor of instant pudding. If you do that, then use half-and-half in place of the kefir.
@Lynda, thanks.
