  • If you struggle to find marjoram in your area, you can order it online or simply exclude it from the recipe altogether. No need to replace it, you’ll just end up with only 8 Tablespoons of seasoning instead.
  • Feel free to add ½ Tablespoon of dried sage for more flavor.
