Keep any remaining hot cocoa dip fresh by storing it wrapped with plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It stays delicious for approximately one week.

What type of cocoa powder is used to make hot cocoa dip?

You want to be sure to use unsweetened cocoa. I recommend Hershey’s brand and make sure that it is NOT Dutch-processed cocoa.

How do you store this dip?

Store it covered in plastic wrap or in an airtight container for 2-3 days. You can even freeze the dip.
