- 1 pound ground pork
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder (or fresh ginger)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt

- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, or garlic chili sauce, or more to taste
- 1 (14-ounce) bag of coleslaw mix
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or gluten-free soy sauce

How To Make An Eggroll In a Bowl
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and the white parts of green onions to the skillet. Sauté until the green onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add ground pork, ginger, salt, pepper, and Sriracha sauce to the pan. Sauté until the pork is cooked through.

- Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos, and vinegar, and sauté until the coleslaw is tender. This will take about 5-7 minutes.

- Top the cabbage mixture with the green parts of the green onions and the sesame seeds before serving. Squirt some additional Sriracha over the top, if desired, for a bit of heat.

Should you have any leftovers, be sure to store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Substitutions
If you can’t find a bag of coleslaw mix, you can make your own version by shredding green cabbage. You’ll need about 7 cups of shredded cabbage for this recipe. (One head of cabbage should be plenty.) For extra veggies, I recommend that you also add about 1 cup of shredded carrots to the mix.
If you can’t find Sriracha or garlic chili sauce, you can use your favorite hot sauce, but it won’t be quite the same.

Craveable Keto Cookbook

Craveable Keto is not only a great cookbook but also an excellent primer on the ketogenic world. Kyndra shares her painful past not out of sympathy but to encourage readers to know that there is hope for them, too.
Craveable Keto starts with Kyndra’s story and then moves on to her Top 12 Rules of the Weight-Loss Road. She then shares a break-up story, but not the kind you are probably thinking now. It’s about breaking up with the scale. Moving on, she educates the reader on all things keto, including transitioning to a low-carb lifestyle and hidden sources of carbs (you might be surprised where some are found lurking).
When it comes to preparing for the keto lifestyle, she has you covered. Simple low-carb food swaps, stocking the kitchen, reducing waste, keto on a budget, tools and gadgets, techniques, meal plans, dining out, dining in, and navigating alcohol on a low-carb diet. And if you are unsure of what some cooking terms mean, she has you covered with definitions.

Each recipe in the recipe section lists the total net carbs at the top, making it easy to see whether the dish fits into your daily carb budget. The recipes include a dietary and allergen key, the number of servings, prep and cook times, tips, and nutritional analysis.

We love this recipe and make it once a week! The only thing we add is a topping of Chinese noodles (sold in a can in the Asian section) or we add crunchy wonton strips! ( sold in the salad dressing section)
That sounds like a wonderful addition (for those who aren’t on a diet)!
