How should I serve egg roll in a bowl?
This dish is great on its own, or you can serve it over a bed of cauliflower rice.
Why is it called egg roll in a bowl?
The dish โEgg roll in a bowlโ is so named because it closely resembles the traditional egg roll โ Chinese-style wraps filled with savory ingredients. However, instead of wrapping the ingredients in flour wrappers and deep frying them, the ingredients are cooked together in one bowl. The result is a lighter version of the deep-fried favorite that is still packed with flavor. Basically, this is a deconstructed egg roll.
Substitutions
If you can’t find a bag of coleslaw mix, you can make your own version by shredding green cabbage. You’ll need about 7 cups of shredded cabbage for this recipe. (One head of cabbage should be plenty.) For extra veggies, I recommend that you also add about 1 cup of shredded carrot to the mix.
If you are unable to find Sriracha sauce or garlic chili sauce, you can use your favorite hot sauce, but it won’t be quite the same.

Craveable Keto Cookbook
Craveable Keto is not only a great cookbook, but it’s an excellent primer into the ketogenic world. Kyndra shares her painful past, not out of sympathy, but rather to encourage readers to let them know that there is hope for them, too.
Craveable Keto starts with Kyndra’s story and then moves on to her Top 12 Rules of the Weight-Loss Road. She then shares a break-up story, but not the kind you are probably thinking now. It’s about breaking up with the scale. Moving on, she educates the reader on all things keto, including transitioning to a low-carb lifestyle and hidden sources of carbs (you might be surprised where some are found lurking).
When it comes to preparing for the keto lifestyle, she has you covered. Simple low-carb food swaps, stocking the kitchen, reducing waste, keto on a budget, tools and gadgets, techniques, meal plans, dining out, dining in, and navigating alcohol on a low-carb diet. And if you are unsure of what some cooking terms are, she has you covered with cooking terms defined.

We love this recipe and make it once a week! The only thing we add is a topping of Chinese noodles (sold in a can in the Asian section) or we add crunchy wonton strips! ( sold in the salad dressing section)
That sounds like a wonderful addition (for those who aren’t on a diet)!
