Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg separated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cups flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Nutella
  • Miniature marshmallows
Frosting/Glaze, optional
  • 2 Tablespoons butter softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine butter and powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Add flour and salt and mix well.
  3. Shape dough in 1-inch balls.
  4. Place egg white in a small bowl and beat until frothy. Place graham cracker crumbs in another bowl. Dip in egg white and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Make thumbprint in each ball.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool completely.
  7. Place approximately ½ teaspoon of Nutella into the well of each cookie.
  8. Top with 3 marshmallows and place under the broiler in the oven. Remove cookies from oven after marshmallows start to brown a little. Allow to cool.
  9. Stir ingredients for Frosting/Glaze and mix until smooth..
  10. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
