  • 10 whole graham crackers, or 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-quart vanilla ice cream
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
  • Lemon flavoring oil or lemon extract
