You don't have to order carry out in order to enjoy great Asian food at home. You - yes, you! - can make delicious Sesame Chicken in your very own kitchen. The secret is the sauce.
1poundbonelessskinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
2cupsall-purpose flour
1 ½teaspoonssalt
½teaspoonpepper
2cupsmilk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat oil to 350 degrees in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place flour, salt, and pepper in a large zip-top bag and shake to mix. Pour milk into a separate bowl.
Add chicken pieces in batches to flour mixture to coat. Remove chicken from bag and shake off excess flour. Dip chicken into milk and return back to flour mixture. Remove chicken again and shake off excess.
Fry chicken in oil for 4-6 minutes or until done. Chicken should be light brown and float.
Drain chicken pieces on paper towel.
Place all of the cooked chicken into a glass baking dish. Pour bottle of P.F. Chang's® Sesame sauce on chicken and stir to coat all of the pieces.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
