Bring the flavors of Panda Express home with this easy Honey Walnut Shrimp recipe. Crispy shrimp, creamy sauce, and candied walnuts in less than 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and honey. Set aside.
Walnuts
In a saucepan, stir honey and water together on medium heat. Bring to a simmer and add walnuts. Cook until sticky.
Shrimp
Heat a pan with 1 cup oil on medium high heat. Add cornstarch with salt and pepper in a bowl. Add egg in another bowl. Dredge shrimp in the cornstarch bowl then in the egg bowl. Fry shrimp until golden and crispy. Place on a plate with kitchen paper to remove the excess of oil.
Add shrimp in a bowl, coat with the sauce and top with candied walnuts.
