Instructions
Prep the cucumber: Use a mandoline or vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
Dry it out: Lay the slices on paper towels and pat them dry—nobody wants a soggy roll-up situation.
Spread the base: Evenly spread softened cream cheese over each cucumber slice. For an extra kick, try mixing in a bit of sriracha and garlic powder to the cream cheese first.
