This delicious chicken and gravy comes together in a jiffy in your CrockPot or slow cooker. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles along with a green veggie and you have a simple dinner that the family will love.
Place chicken breasts in bottom of CrockPot that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle top of chicken with Ranch mix and dollop cream of chicken soup on top. Pour water or chicken broth on top and set slow cooker to LOW.
Cook for 6-8 hours on LOW.
Once chicken has cooked, turn slow cooker off and shred chicken using either two forks or a hand-held mixer.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

To quickly shred the cooked chicken, use a handheld mixer and let the beaters "pull" the chicken apart.
Spoon the chicken and gravy mixture over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles along with green beans or a simple green salad or fruit salad.
Season with black pepper and additional salt, if desired.
If you are working on keeping your carbs to a minimum, serve over cauliflower rice.
