Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, salsa, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream. Stir until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Switch the crockpot to WARM and serve as a dip or topping.
