Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray.
Melt coconut oil in the microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds and allow it to cool.
Whisk cocoa and baking soda together in a mixing bowl.
Add half of the coconut oil and all of the boiling water to the cocoa and baking soda mixture. Mix until well blended.
Add remaining oil, Truvia (stevia), eggs, and vanilla.
Fold almond flour and salt.
Pour brownie batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

If the brownies are browning at the edges but still are raw in the center, cover with aluminum foil and continue to bake. Check every 5 minutes for doneness.
