1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
16ouncesSaltine crackers
Instructions
In a gallon-sized zip-top bag, combine the avocado oil, Ranch dressing mix, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Seal the bag and shake vigorously to mix everything together.
Add the saltine crackers to the bag with the seasoning mix. Seal the bag again and gently turn it to ensure all crackers are evenly coated. Massage the bag as needed to distribute the seasoning.
Let the bag of crackers sit at room temperature for several hours or overnight. This step allows the flavors to fully soak into the crackers. If short on time, let them sit for 10-15 minutes before baking, using a spoon to redistribute the seasoning.
Preheat your oven to 250°F. Arrange the seasoned crackers in a single layer on baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring or flipping halfway through cooking time.
