fresh roma tomatoes

Instructions
Remove the stems from the tomatoes, and chop them into bite-sized chunks.
Place the tomatoes in a medium mixing bowl and, starting with the olive oil, add the remaining ingredients.
Toss gently until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight for even better flavor). Enjoy!
