Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
This creamy frosting along with toasted coconut is the perfect way to top the Southern Coconut Cake.
Servings: 1 batch
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream the cream cheese and butter on low until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla.
Beat on medium-high for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
Increase speed on mixer to HIGH and beat for an additional 4-5 minutes until creamy and fluffy.
