Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of organic apples
  • 5 ounces of spinach or spinach/kale mix
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • ginger

Instructions

  • Prepare fruit and vegetables by rinsing and drying them.
  • Cut apples in quarters and cucumbers in half length-wise.
  • Place small amount of fruits and veggies in chute of fruit extractor and run machine. Empty fresh juice into container. Repeat until container is full.
