Ingredients

  • 1 cup King Arthur Flour Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
  • Add remaining ingredients and whisk until blended.
  • Allow mixture to set for 10 minutes.
  • Place batter onto preheated waffle iron and cook until very little steam escapes.

King Arthur Flour notes that gluten-free waffles take longer to bake than conventional waffles.
Freeze any leftovers. You can reheat them in your toaster.
