Easy Cinnamon Maple Waffles
This recipe for Cinnamon Maple Waffles uses King Arthur Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix, maple syrup, and cinnamon. You can use the waffles to make tasty breakfast sandwiches.

- 1 cup King Arthur Flour Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk until blended.
Allow mixture to set for 10 minutes.
Place batter onto preheated waffle iron and cook until very little steam escapes.

Freeze any leftovers. You can reheat them in your toaster.
