4Honeysuckle White turkey breast cutletsapproximately ½" thick
½cuplight soy sauce
1 - 6ouncecan pineapple juice
1Tablespoonginger juiceor freshly grated ginger
2 - 3clovesgarlicpressed
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, olive oil, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl and mix well. Remove and reserve 1 cup for later.
Add turkey cutlets to bowl, add one cup of marinade, and allow to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill on one side for 5 minutes. Turn once and baste with reserved marinade. Cook for another 5 minutes or until done (internal temperature should be at least 170 degrees and meat should no longer be pink).
