Easy No-Bake Holiday Fruit Tart
This no-bake holiday fruit tart is a healthy, sweet treat.
For the Crust
- 1 ¼ cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
- 3 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla
For the Filling
- 8 ounces Greek cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
For the Topping
- Red and green grapes cut in half lengthwise
- Pomegranate arils seeds
- Apple slices
Place all of the dry ingredients for the crust in a large bowl and stir. Add the wet ingredients and mix until it becomes crumble. Press the mixture over the bottom and partial up the sides of a 10-inch tart pan.
To make the filling, stir the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
Arrange fruit over top of cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
