Village Tavern’s Pimento Cheese
Village Tavern is known for its fresh, scratch-made food. You can re-create their Pimento Cheese at home thanks to this recipe which comes from their kitchen.
Servings: 9 servings
- 3 cups Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese grated
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup pimientos diced 1/8", drained well
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well.
Store, label, rotate and refrigerate.

Look for pimentos in the condiment aisle near pickles. If you can't find diced pimentos, simply purchase a 4-ounce jar of whatever pimentos you can find, drain them, and dice.
For this recipe, you will to buy two packages of Kerrygold Dubliner cheese. You will have some leftover cheese that you can enjoy later.
