Move over, tater tots! These tots are a delicious way to eat your veggies.  This easy recipe for keto Zucchini Tots makes a great low-carb snack or side dish.

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded zucchini

2 eggs

salt

1 cup shredded cheese

½ cup chopped onion

1 tsp smoked paprika

Mix together and bake in mini muffin pan for 15 minutes.

Let them cool for a minute to allow them to set up, then remove them from the muffin pan.
