Homemade Banana Bread
Ripe bananas are perfect for making banana bread.
This quick banana bread recipe uses a special technique to bring out all of the sweet juicy goodness from your bananas resulting in a moist, delicious loaf.
INGREDIENTS *ripe bananas *all-purpose flour *baking soda *salt *unsalted butter *brown sugar *egg *vanilla *granulated sugar
1. Peel bananas and place in a microwave safe shallow bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. 2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. 3. Whip butter on high-speed in large bowl of an electric mixer. 5. Add brown sugar and mix until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla.
6. Pour banana “juice” slowly into batter in mixer and blend. 7. Add bananas and mix until incorporated. 8. Add flour and mix until smooth. 9. Bake loaf for 50-55minutes
