Spicy Arrabiata Penne Skillet

INGREDIENTS

Penne pasta, chopped tomatoes, spices, olive oil, basil, shaved cheese.

Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain the pasta and save 1 cup of the pasta water.

Step 2:  Saute garlic until fragrant in a skillet. Add tomatoes, herbs, and spices. Stir in chopped basil. Step 3: Stir the cooked pasta and pasta water into the tomato mixture.  Garnish with the Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Serve it with crusty bread and a green salad for an easy dinner that will please everyone in your family.
