INGREDIENTS – Italian sausage – blanched almond flour – shredded sharp cheddar cheese – grated Parmesan cheese – egg – dried minced onion – baking powder
DIRECTIONS Place the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Form the meat mixture into 24 balls. Place the meatballs on a wire rack and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
