Meal Prep Your Protein Snacks

For these high protein snacks, you need three ingredients: *Meat *Cheese *Nuts

Slice the meat and cheese into ½-inch cubes.

Place ⅓  cup of ham in one section of a divided container.

Place ⅓ cup of cheese in each container.

Repeat the process with the nuts – ⅓  cup in each container.

Place the lids on the containers and place them in the refrigerator.
