Low  Carb Chicken Soup

This keto-friendly dish is perfect for people on a ketogenic diet who are looking for some hearty food without all the carbs! 

        INGREDIENTS *Diced tomatoes and green chiles   *Vegetable broth *Chicken breasts  *Taco seasoning *Heavy whipping cream *Shredded Cheddar cheese

Place the diced tomatoes and green chiles (Ro*Tel), broth, chicken, and taco seasoning in the skillet/Dutch oven.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer. Cook the soup for 20 minutes covered. Stir it regularly and flip breasts after 10 minutes.

Stir in heavy whipping cream and Cheddar cheese.  Let the soup simmer covered for another 10 minutes, stirring it regularly.
