INGREDIENTS – ½ cup unsalted butter – 3 ounces cream cheese – 1 cup sugar – 2 large egg – 1 tbsp vanilla – 2 ¼ cups cake flour – 2 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp salt – homemade frosting – sprinkles
DIRECTIONS Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt and add to creamed mixture.
Chill dough balls for 30 minutes. Roll chilled dough into smooth balls and lightly press the tops to flatten. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
