Pressure cook for 16 minutes.
Quick release pressure and remove chicken. Shred the chicken.

Make dumplings by cutting refrigerated biscuits into 1/2-inch pieces.
Return the chicken to the Instant Pot. Drop the dumplings into the soup mixture.
Season with pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
