– Charcoal
– 4 Turkey
– 1 extra large zip-top bag
Seasonings
– 2 Tablespoons salt
– 2 Tablespoons pepper
– 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
Combine the seasoning ingredients. The day before you smoke, rub the seasoning blend over the turkeys.
