Combine sugar and corn starch and water in a pot. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin.
Place sliced strawberries in the bottom of the pie shell. Pour the strawberry mixture over berries. Be sure to make sure all of the strawberries are covered.
Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill until set – about 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream. SWIPE UP TO LEARN MORE
