How To Make Chicken and Dumplings In the Instant Pot

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Chicken broth Canned biscuits Cream of Chicken Soup Black pepper

Place chicken broth and chicken breasts in Instant Pot.  

Pressure cook for 16 minutes.

Quick release pressure and remove chicken.  Shred the chicken.

Add can of cream of chicken soup to the broth in the Instant Pot.  Stir it so that the cream of soup blends into the broth.   Select the SAUTE function on the Instant Pot.

Make dumplings by cutting refrigerated biscuits.   

Return the chicken to the Instant Pot.  Drop the dumplings into the soupy mixture.

Season with pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Spoon into bowls and enjoy!
