16 ounces cream cheese ½ cup sugar 1 Tbsp lemon juice 3 eggs 2 cups sour cream 2 Tbsps sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
Start by creaming together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and sour cream.
Pour into crust and bake for 60 minutes or set.
Allow cheesecake to cool for 10 minutes.
Combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spread over cooled cheesecake.
