Gluten-Free Banana Muffins

        INGREDIENTS – bananas – eggs – unsalted butter – light brown sugar – sour cream – vanilla extract – gluten-free flour – baking powder – baking soda – salt – chocolate chips

Mash bananas and add  eggs, melted butter, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.  Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.  Add in chocolate chips.

Bake for 20-23 mins or until cooked through at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
