Homemade Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

Mix together flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir them together until just combined.

Fold in blueberries.  Pour ¼ cup of batter into a prepared nonstick skillet and cook for1 ½ to 2 minutes.  Turn with spatula and cook about 1 minute more.

Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar or drizzle lightly with syrup or honey.
