Mix together flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
Stir them together until just combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into a prepared nonstick skillet and cook for1 ½ to 2 minutes.
Turn with spatula and cook about 1 minute more.
