Coconut Cream Pie

You don't have to be a pastry chef to create this delicious, cool and creamy, coconut cream pie.   It's easy to make and you don't even need an oven.

INGREDIENTS Graham cracker pie crust  Shredded coconut  Dream Whip Milk Coconut extract Vanilla pudding mix 

Beat 2 envelopes Dream Whip with 1 cup of very cold milk and 1 teaspoon of coconut extract until soft peaks form.

Add 2 packages of vanilla pudding mix, the remaining 1 ½ cups milk, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of coconut extract.

Fold in 1 cup of shredded coconut by hand.

Spoon the creamy coconut filling into the pie crust of your choice.

Top the pie with toasted coconut and chill for 2 hours.
