Easy Butter Swim Biscuits

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter

2 ½ cups AP flour

4 tsp baking powder

1 Tbsp sugar

2 tsp salt

2 cups buttermilk

Melt butter in a baking dish. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.   Add buttermilk to flour mixture.

Spoon flour mixture into dish on top of melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
