Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast
Mississippi Pot Roast starts with beef chuck roast cooked slowly in a Crockpot and seasoned to perfection with a packet of Ranch dressing and aus jus gravy. The results are a delicious, easy meal.
3-pound chuck roast
packet of Ranch dressing
packet aus jus gravy
Place onions in the bottom of a Crockpot or slow cooker. Place the beef chuck roast on top of the onions.
Sprinkle the packets of Ranch dressing and aus jus gravy on top of the roast. Next, place a stick of butter on top of the seasonings followed by the pepperoncini. Cook for 8-10 hours on LOW.
