Gather your ingredients: – Lasagna noodles – Ground beef or Italian sausage – Onion and garlic – Crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce – Ricotta cheese – Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese – Fresh basil and parsley – Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, and basil.
Spread 1 cup of sauce in a baking pan. Place 3 lasagna sheets on top of the sauce followed by ¼ of the cheese mixture, and 1 cup of sauce. Repeat three more times. Top with more sauce.
