Start by making the cookie crust. Preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the oats, pecans, brown sugar, and butter and pulse until it is well combined.

Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and sides of the springform pan and bake for about 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let the crust cool.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until well blended. Add eggs and blend in 1 cup of sour cream. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and bake for about 60 minutes until set.

Combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well in a small bowl. Spread over the cooled cheesecake.
