How To Make Cheeseburger Soup in  the Instant Pot

Chop potatoes and dice onions.

Saute onions and ground beef.  Add potatoes and beef broth. Pressure cook for 3 minutes.

Naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Add cream to soup base.

Add the cheddar cheese, one cup at a time, and stir until completely melted.

Garnish and enjoy! Pickles are optional.
