Banana Oatmeal Cake

Got bananas?  This is a tasty way to use them.

all-purpose flour rolled oat baking soda salt unsalted butter light brown sugar eggs  ripe bananas vanilla extract rolled oat cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

Combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set the oat mixture to the side.

               DIRECTIONS Cream butter and brown sugar.  Add eggs and combine.  Blend in bananas and vanilla. Combine the flour and egg mixtures together.  Pour banana cake batter into 8-inch baking dish. Top with crumb topping made with rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
