How To Make Banana Bread

To bring out the juiciness in bananas, microwave them for 3 minutes.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Whip butter and add brown sugar.  Add eggs and vanilla. Pour banana “juice” slowly into the batter in a mixer and blend. Add bananas and flour. Pour into loaf pan and bake.
