I start Day Two not really looking forward to this. On a positive note, I am starting to feel a bit smaller. The scale shows that I have lost two pounds from following Day One.
Nutrisystem Honey Wheat Bagel
1 Tablespoon nut butter
My bagel was near its expiration date and smelled like bread that is about to go moldy. I ate it anyway. I did not feel like I had a choice. I licked all of the peanut butter off the knife!
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup carrot sticks
(I kept myself occupied by going to TJMaxx and skipped the snack. I ate it with my lunch.)
Nutrisystem Cheesy Potatoes Mix
2 oz. Roasted Chicken
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
I didn’t have broccoli, so I just omitted it. The carrots and milk intended for my snack became part of my lunch. The potatoes were thick and a little filling. I still wasn’t satisfied so I had my morning snack’s milk and ate the cookies that I should have saved for after dinner.
1 medium banana
Nutrisystem Thick Crust Pizza
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
2 cups side salad
The pizza smelled funny. Very unappealing visually. I did not like it at first, but I guess I was just hungry enough that towards the end I finally enjoyed it.
This is what my family had to eat – Little Caesar’s Pizza.
Nutrisystem Chocolate Chip Cookies
I ate these earlier in the day since I was HUNGRY!
Have I mentioned that I am H.U.N.G.R.Y.? Thank goodness for calorie-free drinks. Though in all honesty, I did go to Sonic and got a Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade (which has a few calories).
