I am down another pound, which brings my total weight loss to 4.5 pounds in just three days. Not bad. I just hope that I can keep the weight loss off when I resume “normal” eating. I know that I can eat normally, I just can’t go overboard.

I didn’t have time to make hard-boiled eggs in the morning, so I pulled out a small skillet, sprayed some Pam, and simply fried it. The egg was better than the muffin.

Really? Peanuts and two cups of carrots at lunch? I felt like I was eating the carrots forEVER. It was interesting to sneak a peanut in while chomping them down. However, with that much raw fiber, I felt it later on.

While the dessert tasted pretty good, someone with bad teeth might have a bad experience biting into it. It was on the tough-side. It tasted fine, but too hard on the teeth.
