How to Core Lettuce without a Knife
Mar
6th
In less than 10 seconds I can show you how to easily core a head of lettuce without using a knife. I learned this from a co-worker (thanks, Melissa M.) when I worked at a university that is famous for its football championships – can I get a Roll Tide?
What’s the most useful thing you have learned about cooking?

You don’t want to make a steady diet of just lettuce. You don’t want to make a steady diet of fried chicken.

My mom taught me this years ago, now if my husband would catch on. We would save a lot of the lettuce that he cuts out.
